“This will be my 5th trip if not more to this ER Department. My older son with Asthma attacks years ago. My younger son with allergic reaction to penicillin and a black eye from baseball. My husband and a cracked rib from wiping out on a dirt bike. Each visit was very professional and very nice experience for the ER. I had the pleasure to visit for myself today. I was having chest pains. The front desk was great. The security guard phoned the back that I was there. Kathy met me up front right away. Before I could finish getting my band on. Started an EKG right away. Sorry I didn't get the lady that did the EKG. She was great also. Adam did the blood work. Did an awesome job! Dr. Jones was very sweet. Explained everything to me in detail. Wasn't rushed or in a hurry. My whole experience was great. Made me less nervous and I felt in good hands. The girl who removed my IV was very gentle with the tape. Sorry again I didn't get her name. I would highly recommend going here in an emergency. Everyone was very pleasant to be with and took very good care of me.”
