We found the administrator John, nurse Shannon, and CNA like Marcella to be some of the kindest, most helpful people who ever worked and supported our mother in law. The place has an upbeat atmosphere and many activities for the residents. I would like to add that they were fair and kind from the beginning of my mother in law's stay until the end.
