  This is the best Plumbing Company handles down. The Customer service is amazing from the girls in the office to the plumbers Mickey and his Apprentice came to my home with in minutes of me talking to the office. I really thought wow how much more professional Tritan can get as soon as I hung up the phone, I receive a text and email for booking conformance along with a photo so you know what the plumber are going to look with a small bio about each plumber. They came and install a 50 gallons n water heater and unplugged our main sewer line for the night until they they are coming back in the morning to fig io a broken line. I thought their prices were more than fair for the service and workmanship that I received. I highly recommend Tritan Plumbing to all my friends and family, and any one looking for an A-Rated Top Notch plumbing and sewer company.

  Best company ever!! When in a panic because my family and I had an emergency plumbing issue (Sewage back-up) and when nobody would help me I finally found a company that cares. Mickey and his wife are both awesome and so caring!! I called and booked a call with Sarah and had the plumber Mickey and Phil at my house in Joliet the same day to take care of my Drain line backing up in my basement with sewage. I can't believe that they were able to dig up my broken pipe in front of my house and repair it all in the same day! Now that is Amazing service if you ask me! They take the time to thoroughly evaluate the problem and come up with the best possible solution! The cost was very reasonable compared to 2 other prices I received from other companies and they couldn't even fix the problem for a week to 2 weeks. Thanks again to Sarah, Mickey and the Tritan Plumbing crew! I would definitely recommend to all my friends, family and anyone who needs plumbing services, you will be in good hands!

  Great Service! My water heater was leaking and I called Tritan Plumbing and they came out to my house in Naperville and Installed a new water heater the same day. The plumber was very knowledgeable and professional. He was also able to replace a leaking faucet while he was here! I will call Tritan Plumbing for all my plumbing services!

  Same Day Service is Amazing! When I got home from work I went to the basement to do laundry and noticed my Hot Water Heater was leaking all over the floor thankfully most of the water was going into the drain, that is the last thing I wanted to deal with after a day at work, so I called Tritan Plumbing. I spoke with Nina and she was very polite and professional and was able to get one of their Plumbers out right away around 6pm to Install a new Hot Water Heater the Same Day! The Plumber who came out right away and installed the new unit was courteous, explained everything that he would be replacing due to how old my leaking water heater was. I'm so happy I called Tritan Plumbing to get the job done within an hour of calling them and at a good price.

  Micky and his guys are world class and the best. If you need great service, good customer service and a plumber that does not cost you an arm and a leg then call Tritan Plumbing. I highly recommend them for residential and or commercial service for your business

  First I will say right off the bat that this "project" went very well from the start. Once I purchased the deal, Tritan e-mailed me right to set up the appointment at a time that fit my schedule, not theirs. When the plumber, Mike, arrived, he was on time and very professional. The only glitch had nothing to do with Tritan, but with the way Angie's list described the deal. Although the description did mention that any additional pipe that was needed would require an extra charge, I did not realize that Mike would have to cut into the dry wall in my garage to get at the pipe. I also did not realize that the additional charge would be $200, so my very good deal went from being $145 to a moderately expensive $345. I will say to Mike's credit, that since he felt a little awkward about the extra charge, that he did as much as he could to make the whole in the wall as small as he could and answered several questions that I had concerning plumbing related issues throughout my home. He gave me as much time as I needed and was very patient answering all of my questions. He even called me back latter that day with an answer to a question I had that morning. I guess the best review I can give Mike and Tritan is that I liked their service so much that they are coming back to my home next week to provide additional work. I will be an expensive job, but I would not trust it to anyone else.

  Paul is the best plumber I have ever worked with. He went above and beyond! We needed a 3-compartment sink installed in our candy store, and being in an old building posed some challenges, but he handled them all. We will always call Tritan for any plumbing project/issue. They have been very responsive and so easy to work with!
