  I saw Dr. Fox for an ingrown toenail. I was wearing steel toe boots for work that compressed my toes. He cut part of the toenail to the root. That part won't grow back and give me any more problem. I also purchased a pair of hicking shoes in a wide. He made custom shoe inserts for me. The staff is welcoming and professional. My feet really feel good. I ask a lot of questions and the Dr. and his staff were so helpful and kind to me. I also have Tailor's bunions on both feet. He took the time to help me with all my questions. He didn't suggest any surgery or unnecessary procedures. Just shoe inserts. My feet really feel good. They used to hurt all the time. I also bought a pair of Vionic flip flops to wear around the house so I don't walk around with bare feet. They have wonderful arch support. I wear them every day. They can also be worn outside. I'm very grateful to Dr. Fox and his staff for all their help with my feet. I would recommend him to anyone. My Mom went to him for her toenails and she liked him so that's how I ended up going. Bad feet run in our family for the girls. I use Kera-42 cream for callus removal and it's also a great moisturizer for the feet. He sells it at his office. My insurance company paid for all the shoes and products I got there. Go see Dr. Fox if you have any foot or ankle issues. I was very happy with the service.

  I was nervous about having an ingrown toenail removed because of the pain and the cost! The front office staff was so patient with me & went above & beyond. Michelle scheduled my appointment, called my insurance company to confirm all benefits and went over everything with me up front so I don't have to worry about a shocking bill showing up a few weeks later. Dr. Fox was friendly, on time and puts you at ease. He doesn't charge a co-pay for the follow up appointment since he's just checking on healing/confirm no infection. I had concerns about how it was healing and he said it looked fine but feel free to come back next week if I want him to look again (with no additional charge!). They also have reasonable hours which was a MUST for me since I have a traveling husband, I work full time and we have a 1 & 3 year old. Very few people in the service industry provide this type of service but ALL of the staff at Fox River Foot & Ankle are willing & wanting to help. I couldn't recommend them more!!

  Office was great. Very thorough and helpful. Loved the nurses and Drs. No more pain, clear action plan, thoughtful options. Very sophisticated nice office. They went above and beyond to help me out and it was much appreciated. Highly recommend.
