(January 14, 2019, 9:46 pm)I locked myself out of my home and called Citadel in a panic.. although I got an answering machine I did leave a voicemail and within five minutes had a return call from David, the owner of the company. He was very professional and sympathetic to my position and told me he would be here within 30 minutes of my call. He arrived as promised and it could’ve even been less than 30 minutes! I would highly recommend Citadel Lock & Security!
David recommended a deadbolt which needs a key to be locked which would replace my regular door handle lock. I will be telling my family and friends about Citedal should they ever have any lock/security needs in the future. It is rare these days to find a company that is so responsive, professional and sensibly priced.

The whole experience was wonderful! Great people, nice clean office and very professional,efficient service. I will go back with future needs and will definitely recommend this facility. PS this is not Dave or Leslie's mother!
