That tends to happen when you are starved for good customer service and you want to only deal with good people! Would NOT suggest their mortgage services. Extremely poor communication from broker on items needed, items not followed up on, and the process is made unnecessarily difficult and long. Was able to secure a mortgage with another company with the same "discounts" they tell you get by being a customer in half the time. (hence the 4 rating) That being said Bill and Lisa are the reason we stay for our other accounts. They have always be very helpful for our needs and are absolutely 5 star!”
