And when they haven't had what I was looking for, the management has made strides to make sure that my visit is a success. The store has also been working diligently to improve their customer service experience for years now. Every time I purchase an item at the store, I comment on how they did on customer service since I have scored 100% on secret shops for 10 years for that. I must say though that their garden workers always ace the customer service experience.”

They care about how the kids behave during class, at home and at school. They actively look for feedback from parents and teachers to make sure the kids are respectful but also to make sure the kids are supportive of everyone (aka no bullying).
