I had been doing painting all weekend and woke up very sore and not able to out shoes on very well. Was not sure how I would respond to the session. After I was finished pain in back was gone and able to put on shoes. I was very impressed. Great atmosphere especially for a newbie like me. Words can't express my great experience. :)”

“Class sizes are good and coaches seem very interested in my child's progress. Lots of class offerings, so it was easy to fit our schedule. My son was not interested in joining the team, but the option was there and they are very committed to their boys program. All levels welcome, and I like that a lot.”
