“The driver(s) was supposed to call before delivering pods, so that I could tell them where to place the pods. That did not happen. Loading the pods is a lot easier if the pods are as NEAR to your door as possible and the doors to the pods face the correct direction.The only reason I got the pods placed correctly was because I asked my stay at home neighbor to be on the look out for the truck. Another problem was that one of the pods leaked. LUCKILY, a couple of bed pillows absorbed most of the water.”
