“The cleaning was diligent as usual grrrrr and Jen is caring and compassionate, a great hygienist . And the post exam was smooth. Dr. Wood is personable, and gentle. I'm glad that I didn't have to test his education and experience at this time, but we know that eventually we have a mishap that will test his practice, and when that time comes I feel confident in him handling my mouth in his hands. Also the gals in the office are personable and great conversationalists that help round off the whole experience. Worth a trip to just check out their new coffee bar and cute homey furnishings. “This is one of the faster McDonald's I've been to. This location does make the best apple pie. Always fresh and never hard and nasty like the other McDonald's we have been to in Kenosha. And the food is always hot and fresh. Fries are perfect every time! Definitely do have great cooks here at least. Please let your crew know how much of a wonderful job they are doing and to keep up the good work! They each deserve a raise. Every time I come in that front door a smiling face greats me, and it's very welcoming. It also is what brings me back. “I just wanted to say thank you to Jim for understanding my frustration with the wash I had today. I always use this car wash and am extremely happy however the last 2 times including today my car was just not cleaned to my liking. I actually could see swirl spots both times. This time I confronted them and Jim was extremely understanding and informative about the difference in the stalls that they have. He recommended me using the other stall from now on and gave me a free wash. My car now looks great!! Thanks again.
