  27 below and the furnace goes out !! What made me think that I'd have somebody come out quickly and be competent as well. But it happened !!!
  Trace was on it, with excellent troubleshooting skills, and then went through a careful process to come up with the solution. So now our older rare furnace has a new blower motor and is running quietly. We were informed along the way and had a comprehensive walk-thru of the end result of his repair. So thank you, Trace and LCM.

  We purchased a home in Antioch in July of 2018. Thru the sales process we knew we would need to quickly replace 2 furnace's and 2 air conditioners. After the home closing we got busy finding the right firm. We had 4 firms out to bid the job, with LCM being one of them. The other 3 contractors came out, looked at the current air-conditioners and furnaces and gave us a bid.
  
  Shaun from LCM came out and looked at the current equipment. He then called me the next day to ask about setting another appointment to come back out. Shaun came out and spent a considerable amount of time. He shut both units down, then measured the square footage of each room. He turned one unit on and then went vent by vent, room by room, to really understand what rooms that particular unit was servicing.
  
  The results were one unit handled about 1200 square feet of living space. The other unit handled 2200 square feet of living space. Shaun then sized the units appropriately.
  
  LCM had a competitive price, and their service has been excellent. I can't say enough about the time Shaun took to really understand the house and sizing the units for maximum efficiency.

  LCM has been servicing our heater and air conditioner for years, they are always on time, efficient, polite, and helpful. Today I called to have them install a humidifier, they fit me in same day and did a great job! We will absolutely continue to use them.

  We called L.C.M. when our furnace stopped working and the temperatures were dropping. Jason arrived at the house within an hour! He did a very thorough troubleshoot and located the problem in no time. He replaced the part that failed and had the furnace up and running. He monitored the furnace for another 15 minutes to ensure there were no other problems! 5 star all the way!
  
  Another problem, another 5 star fix by LCM! Different furnace had a inducer motor failure, Ben from LCM troubleshot and replaced the motor within 24 hours. Office staff very friendly and helpful to make sure the information is clearly communicated between customer and employees.
  
  Fast, easy, friendly, efficient are some of the great qualities of LCM!!!

  Truly a wonderful company to work with from beginning to end. From scheduling to wrap up … we have not had ANY bad experiences. Their work is wonderful and ALL are cooperative, professional and a pleasure to work with. You cannot go wrong with this company. Thank you ALL for the great job that you do. How wonderful, these days, to ACTUALLY get a company to do what they are hired to do without a struggle … and to do it RIGHT!
