“I my mothers car 2 Napa had a burnt-out tail light not only do the gentleman help me find the light bulb but he actually came out and helped me install it I've never been want to hang on yes I've been at Napa prior to this but this gentleman did not know me from Adam and still proceeded to help me install that light bulb which at the time may seem trivial to some people but my mother was devastated at 89 years old anything that goes wrong is a problem and they dwell on it. Kudos to Napa in Antioch at that age”

“I called and talked to a helpful young lady to ask if they could repair my son's glasses he had broken earlier in the day. She said bring them in to look them over. They took his glasses right in and within 15 min. The glasses were repaired and myself and my 10 yr old stress over not having glasses for school quickly faded. They take the time to ensure you understand your medication. They also have an automatic refill program that ensures elderly patients (or anyone) remembers their medication for chronic conditions.
