“Scott did a great job in navigating us through our sales process. We were selling our condo in Wrigleyville remotely (we live in Texas), and Scott was incredibly helpful in making trips into the city to handle whatever in-person responsibilities were necessary. He coordinated a light remodel including finding awesome local vendors at a good price, managing their access to the unit and ensuring they did a great job. We had some late damage that occurred to the unit (in the middle of negotiations) and Scott was able to assess and guide us through appropriate next steps to make it a non-issue. Most of all, I appreciated Scott's communication. I could tell from our first conversation that good communication was a priority for him, and is what ultimately led me to work with him. Selling remotely causes additional and unforeseen anxieties, and I really appreciated the quick, detailed communication. “I don’t really know how to properly praise Nikki enough. I’ve been getting extensions for a couple years now with her. I went somewhere prior but Nikki was more cost effective, quicker, and just better all around. Not only does she get me for continuous hair extensions coming to her, but now I’ve got 2 girlfriends also going to her for them as well. She listens to what you want and takes it to the next level. I asked Nikki to do my hair and makeup for my wedding. She not only did an amazing job on me but also my bridesmaids and my mom. I literally teared up each time one of them came out from getting dolled up. She has an AMAZING counter part she brings in for hair, Beth. Beth literally did exactly to a T what I wanted and made it even better! We also did a second reception and both ladies came out to help us with that as well. Got to change it up a little and it was as big a knock out as the main wedding. On top of all of this awesomeness, I cannot begin to tell you how amazing of a person Nikki is.
