My car caught fire and the first thing he said after asking if I was alright was "Oh, she loved that car!" State Farm was easy to work with and everything from getting my vehicle towed, having it assessed, and even having it declared a total loss was quick, fair, and easy. It happened on Saturday morning and by Thursday afternoon I had a check in my hand for a fair amount. This could have been a nightmare but everything went so smoothly. I am impressed and pleased.

(February 14, 2018, 1:45 pm)15 minutes is all it took for me to switch to being a State Farm customer. I worked with James Underwood who is very knowledgeable and extremely pleasant to work with! James asked me for 15 minutes of my time in order to compare my current coverage for my car and house to see if it would be beneficial for me to stay where I'm at or make the change to State Farm. I wasn't happy with my current insurance provider so I figured why not, it's only 15 minutes.
I gotta say I was completely blown away with all the additional coverage I was missing out on by not being a State Farm customer. James was able to save me money, about $90 per year on my car insurance. My homeowners insurance went up maybe $30 per year but when James showed me what I didn't have and what he could offer, I signed up on the spot!
Did you know State Farm will finance your vehicle loan? Because of James I refinanced my car and he saved me $70 PER MONTH!
I've been in the office a few times now and the staff is very fiendly. Brian and a few others came over while I was working with James just to introduce themselves and to see if I have any questions.
15 minutes - I highly recommend James Underwood. He is very helpful and I'm extremely happy to be saving a lot of money plus I have way better coverage!
My next appointment with James is to discuss life insurance. I can't wait to find out what he can help me with here too! -

He is passionate about his job and will help you in every way possible. He is wonderful! You will feel 100% taken care of. The office is friendly, inviting, and everyone is welcoming and happy. Very pleasant atmosphere and it is comfortable.
