  Just bought a great used car from Wickstrom this weekend... what a great dealership with such a good vibe. Everyone was so welcoming, friendly, and helpful without being pushy. We worked with Eric Jensen... would highly recommend! He truly wanted to help us and guide us through the process.

  If you're looking for a Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge/RAM this is the place to go! They've got the best facility and car buying process that I've ever seen. I purchased a new Jeep through the sales team of Andy McCormick/Jared Nelson and was extremely impressed with how professional and knowledgeable they were. Also, when you take your car in for service you get to deal with one person the whole way instead of being forced to meet with different departments. Highly recommend this dealership and working with Andy/Jared!

  Extremely professional. No games, no haggling, just straight forward good business. Jared Nelson is top shelf. He even drove the car over to my home to try it out; real service in today's business environment; outstanding. I had to see what kind of a deal I was receiving and since I had been buying cars from Fields for the last 25 years I was promised a friends and family pricing. What a joke. They were more than Wickstrom and that was with a lease term 3 months longer than I wanted. I'm done with Fields for any of their cars. Well worth going to speak with Jared at Wickstroms. F.F.

  The people at Wickstrom Jeep are real human beings instead of the usual car salesmen monsters. And honestly, it was a breath of fresh air in our car buying process!
  
  We worked with Andrew Nichols, and he was straight up awesome. I bought a Jeep Cherokee three and a half years ago, and it wasn't nearly as easy as Andrew made our buying process. I was all ready to be up in arms, fighting for the best price, and his style was just like, "hey, here's the price." And you know what? That price beat every other dealer we'd been to or seen online. But above all, he was just a kind human being. He didn't waste our time, didn't play any games, and he seemed to just genuinely want the best for us. When we came to pick up the car, he handled everything from changing our plates to peeling off our existing city sticker to transfer to the new vehicle.
  
  I spent a whole lot of time at another dealership in the area without getting anywhere productive. At Wickstrom, I have no doubt if I'd asked less questions I could have been in and out in under an hour. These guys are cool, they're down-to-earth, and they're doing car buying the way it should be done.

  I found a vehicle I was interested in at Wickstrom Auto Group. I sent an email and as soon as they opened I received a personal message from Eric Jensen inviting me to come in for a test drive. I called Eric and told him I planned to be at the dealership later that afternoon. He thanked me for making an appointment and said he would have the vehicle waiting for me. I saw it sitting by the front door as soon as I pulled into the lot. The showroom was beautiful, with amenities to make guest feel welcome and comfortable. Eric was a wonderful salesperson. He was clearly on top of everything and made me feel at ease. Nick in financing also helped to make my experience enjoyable. While Eric had me driving away with the vehicle I really wanted another dealership I messaged hadn't even returned my call yet.
