Dr. Oryhon is a superb doctor in every way. He is especially excellent in joint injections and knee and hip surgery. He is compassionate and personable. If you have any joint ailments, he’s the MAN.

I am just starting out with Dr Oryhon on my painful hips, but what he's done for me so far, I've been fine with. I'm still seeing him for further work as yet, but I really like him.
35 yrs of suffering from a chronic degenerative knees. I had surgery after surgery without any relief. Dr Oryhon and his PA have changed my life. I'm 58 yrs old and I feel like I've been given a new lease on my life. His technical experience & knowledge in his approach to surgery has far surpassed 5 other surgeons that I consulted with before choosing him. 9 months post surgery and I'm walking using stairs and no need for pain masking medication. He is using the most proven and advanced joint replacement in the industry. The day of surgery it was explained to me that i could choose the type of anesthesia. I could have general ( completely under) or twilight( light sedation). I chose twilight and I'm so happy I did. The pain block they used and it's placements were perfect. I was pain free without the use of medication for about 72 hrs. After that i was far enough beyond the surgery i needed only small amounts of pain medication. They change my life. I feel like in 30 again although I look my age, Lol.. the second knee will be in 3 months.
Dr. oryhon is an excellent doctor of the knee. He is one of the best doctors in the NW suburbs,,,his knowledge of the knee and what you have to do to fix it is outstanding. He has a great bedside manor, listens and answers all your questions.
