  Purchased a new bike & they were very helpful on finding me the best fit. Two years of free tune-ups & support is great!

  Been coming here for decades, literally. Have always had a good experience.
  
  Sales folks are friendly and helpful and the in stock items are on point.
  
  Only minor criticism is the accessories are a bit slim, but that's really splitting hairs.

  George’s Cyclery (GC) provides the “community feel” that most stores lack. I’ve lived in the area since I was young. I’ve always maintained a home here even while living in other parts of the United States for work. There have been many changes over the decades. I used to be an avid bike rider. Life & Covid changed that for a few years. Now my young teenager is ready to ride the trails with her mom. When I walked into George’s to have our bikes serviced, it felt like “coming home”. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, & I love that they still check out bikes in front of customers while we wait. They don’t try to sell unneeded repairs & merchandise. I knew what the cost & time for any repairs would take before leaving the store. While waiting I had my daughter fitted with a new helmet & some bike gear. I witnessed the staff treating each customer like family. It’s nice to know some things never change. Returning to GC is like going back home. Thank you GC for maintaining what has been lost in many other establishments … honesty & the personal touch!

  Fast friendly service. I’ve bought several Trek’s for my family here and their quality is top notch. So much better than big box store generic brands. Pricing is also quite competitive and I’m happy to support local businesses!
