(January 4, 2019, 12:40 pm)I am updating my bad review with three stars I gave earlier. Turns out, there is a new manager now that really cares about customers. He replied to my comments and took care of the concerns raised by me promptly. It seems old manager and staff that worked at this location has been replaced. The new management is good. If you had bad experience before, you should definitely give this store a try again. Very happy with the response.

Giuseppe is the man...he gets it done efficiently and well and made what usually is a pain in the butt process actually enjoyable for our whole family. Props to Tino from the Schaumburg store too for setting us up with a great plan. This isn't even the closest store to my house but I'm going here whenever we need anything!
