The owner, Jim, is terrific to work with. His pricing was upfront and reasonable with no room for misinterpretation on the job being performed. Jim is very professional and it was apparent to me that he has a lot experience and pride in the work he performs.
During the carpet cleaning service itself, I observed him taking precautions to avoid any damage to my furniture and hardwood floors and he was able to work around the furniture that I wanted to stay in place. Upon completing the first room, he showed me the floor in that space to gain my approval before moving on to the other rooms, which I really appreciated.
The finished product looks great. He was able to remove all of my pet stains and odors from my carpeting and it was safe for my dog to walk on immediately. I highly recommend JEJ's services based on Jim's top-notch customer service, quality of work and price. We already made our next appointment with him in a couple of weeks to clean some furniture.
