My Mom's motherboard died in the computer I built along time ago ... (Eset motherboard - a freebee when I bought my current AMD processor around 2003 or so). I upgraded her system with that free motherboard it lasted almost 20 years LOL ...Anyway a new motherboard we could purchase today will not support an AMD 2 processor so I set out to find one that would still work with (not only the processor but the rest of old system as well) ...
After a quick search 2 possibilities appeared in Google 1) was a used one from a popular selling site (exact replacement) and 2) the one I purchased from The Best Part Inc. (It was actually an upgrade from her original one) Within moments I received a phone call from Michael M. (sales manager) he wanted to confirm our address I thought WOW a phone call from the company I just ordered the part from ... just confirm a minor confusion about shipping address ... (not an email A PHONE CALL) ... very nice IMO ... anyway this is becoming long ... Very GOOD PRICE for a NEW motherboard compatible with mom's existing hardware ... it arrived in 3 days of ordering it ... I forgot to ask if the board cam with an I/O shield while I was on the phone with Michael ... I was EXTREMELY happy when the Board arrived and there was indeed a new I/O shield in the same package with my Packing List .... EXCELLENT COMPANY VERY FAST SHIPPING AND THEY MAKE YOU FEEL YOU ARE THEIR ONLY CUSTOMER (GRADE A++) ... IF I was a teacher and the company was my student.

Order#109766 arrived very fast, was as advertised, installed like a dream w/ supplied heat sink compound (awesome!), and after setting time and date booted and ran machine like new. You guys are beyond excellent.

I've been having trouble ordering power supplies the last few months. Either they don't work, a cap explodes or you can tell it was refurbished and sold as "new". Every power supply I've ordered from The Best Part has worked perfectly with no issues. I order from their Amazon store and I always receive the package in a timely manner. If it says it will be delivered a week or two from the order date I will get it maybe 3-4 days later. I will only be using The Best Part, Inc for ALL computer parts/equipment from now on.
