Friendly neighbors have already created an active community. Neighbors have socials, card parties, and bible study small groups. A fitness center is right in the subdivision within walkable distance to many houses.
The landscaping has parks, flowers, ponds, and fountains. Beautiful area to walk if you don't mind there are no paved sidewalks.
Groceries and restaurants are not within walking distance, but there is a super Target a short drive away.
