I wanted to give a special thanks to the Lotz Team for the beautiful Cedar deck that they built for me and my family. My old Deck was completely rotted and needed to be replaced.The deadline was a little shorter than normal but Lotz stepped up to the plate and got the deck done. Brian was very patient with me and my wife on what we needed for a new deck. He used his experience to suggest great ideas for the build and the overall look that we were shooting for. Lotz provided engineered drawings for a good visual idea on what i was getting before they started. Frank and his team performed great quality work and cleaned up after each day they were there. Once they were done with the build, Pro Edge Painting applied a protective stain to the deck which made the cedar come to life.Communication was on point with the Brian and Frank via phone and email from start to finish. I'm looking forward to the next project I have planned for you guys in the near future. Good Job Lotz Team!

We could not be any more impressed with this company.They designed and rebuilt our basement bar. Every person we worked with, from Brian and Frank to the plumbers, electricians, painters were extremely professional. The workmanship of the carpenters was outstanding. We were always made aware in advance of the weekly schedule. We would highly recommend Lotz Custom Carpentry to anyone doing a home remodel.

We hired Lotz Custom Carpentry to complete a custom bar in our home. We actually called Brian after seeing projects he was completing on Facebook that looked amazing. Although he is not inexpensive, you definitely get what you pay for in quality of work. He started the project right when Illinois went into lockdown for COVID so there were many delays in getting material, but he continued to communicate and worked hard to find alternative supply chains. Brian made sure every detail of the project was perfect and to our satisfaction. We would definitely recommend Lotz Custom Carpentry for your project, and we will likely use him again in the future.
