“The owner Rachel squeezed me in today... I needed a last minute hair color, cut and style. She actually came in early so she would have enough time to do my hair and not technically "squeeze" me in. Both the hairstylists that were there today were so friendly and easy to talk to. Felt like I had been a client for years. During my color her next appointment cancelled so we had all the time in the world. Honestly, this was by far the best color and cut I've had in a long time. My hair is thick and she cut my hair into a sleek, straight long bob in front and short in back. Exactly, what I wanted. I cannot tell you how happy I am. Then to top it off the prices are very good. I've found my new salon and stylist! P.S. I found this salon by going on my GPS and putting in local salons...20+ popped up. I read all the reviews and Vintage Boutique Salon had the best reviews so I thought I'd try them. (So glad I did).”

“The store front can look deceptive as it is located next to a dive bar. But don't be fooled. Once inside the restaurant is clean and well organized. The menu has the typical Mexican food fare. The difference is in the price and portions you get. In my opinion the overall value of price to portions is more than reasonable. You do get good value. The order can be taken out, eaten there, or delivered. I have not had the delivery so I cannot rate that aspect. The food is prepared fresh and The kitchen can be seen. The kitchen is clean. I have had ordered from La Cocina several times and have never been disappointed in the food or service. You won't be disappointed if you choose to eat here.”
