“I would never go anyplace else! I’ve been going here since I got my first car. The owner Mike is super friendly and caring. They have a cute little lobby for you to wait in with coffee and sometimes snacks! I really feel like family when I come here. They always let you know what routine maintenance is due on your vehicle ( trans, power steering, etc.) however they are not pushy about adding additional items to their sales. They also send out coupons nearly every month both via snail mail and email.”

“The repair shop can be trusted with diagnoses and the actual repair. They tell you up front of the estimated cost and time of the repair. More importantly they stand behind the repair. If it fails they will repair it again till it is right. I have never paid twice for the same repair and I have had to return twice. Never recharged for the repair that failed. They generally use O'Reilly's Auto parts store, but are not afraid to use someone else's if need be. The owner, Sam, has relationships with the local car dealers and isn't afraid to call them if he isn't sure about a car situation.”

“I love the RLB and Fox Lake Jewels because they don't get crazy busy like the super stores, especially later at night when I like to shop, so its a more relaxing shopping experience. I can spend hours in this store just looking at the variety of things they have. They have a small but interesting organic section too. This store can get busy, but not mobbed like the big box stores. My only complaint about this store is it needs to add a few more bathrooms, especially for the ladies.”
