(November 24, 2018, 8:33 pm)The room itself was nice; plenty of plugs, air conditioned, and quiet enough. Beds had plenty of pillows, but the best were not queen sized. Maybe full size? Maybe full long? Breakfast was good and varied. Better than most hotel breakfasts. Eggs were good. Good hotel in a good area.

(November 11, 2018, 3:00 pm)The stay was great, and what really has earned them my five stars, is their customer service. I have left a couple really nice pullover’s in the closet of my room closet. I called them and they were able to find them in the room and ship them to me. They went above and beyond.

(November 8, 2018, 4:34 am)I loved it here! I only stayed for one night but it was exceptional. I was having a very rough night, leaving me exhausted and on the verge of a break down. As I approached the front desk I was greeted by a very kind and cheerful duo. A man by the name of Alex and a woman named Alyssa. Immediately upon checking in I exchanged in a conversation and explained my situation to the man, he was very empathetic and caring. He cracked a few jokes, managing to get me to smile and even start laughing. The duo further worked together to make my stay the best it could be. After having about the worst day of my life, I was able to head to my room no longer worried but rather with a smile. Further more the rooms were very comfortable and the beds we perfect. Food was surprisingly very tasty. I will definitely be coming back. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a hotel that has staff that seems to work like a family!

(October 22, 2018, 11:28 am)We had about 30 rooms full of family and friends stay here for a wedding weekend. Everyone was very happy with their rooms and the great staff. Great common area to gather! Jeff, the manager, was great to work with. We did a last minute brunch for our group and the food was great! If you planning a event I would highly recommend for meetings or weddings. Couldn't have asked for a better place for our large families to spend the weekend. They exceeded our expectations! Thanks again to Jeff and the entire team for making it a great weekend!

(October 14, 2018, 1:23 pm)Stayed several days while attending Lake Forest Homecoming 2018. The room was immaculate. The waitress that served us remembered from the first day our beverage choices. Front desk was accommodating with all of our requests - we did change rooms. Pool and gym area was also immaculate.
