I came in with a complicated issue and Carlos ended up spending two hours on the phone with Verizon's customer service and took care of the problem - thoroughly helpful and professional throughout the process. Come to this location and you will be well taken care of, for sure.

(October 24, 2018, 7:23 pm)I absolutely DREAD getting a new phone.HATE IT! ...but ,ya gotta do what you gotta do.Alex turned my negative into a super possitive! He took the time to listen to what I wanted and what I didn't want,asked me a few questions to hone in on just the right new phone,transfered EVERYTHING over( contacts,texts,photos,apps, everything!)and made sure I was 1000% comfortable with the new unit before I left....short of a five star resort,I've NEVER had service like this! THANK YOU ALEX!
(June 1, 2018, 9:56 pm)Jovanni provided the best technical service at any Verizon I’ve ever visited! I live out of town but Jovanni is my Verizon guy from now on. Jose also provided outstanding service and stayed after hours to resolve my email issues. Great store!
(April 6, 2018, 3:51 pm)Awesome customer service!! I recommend Melissa, she is very resourceful and helpful. She helped me get my first iPhone 8+ and a mobile hotspot for just about $100 a month! Verizon is definitely the best service, and this is my go to store! Thank you guys!
