Parking near the beach is expensive $15/hr but if the lot is full you can easily find parking in the area and Highland Park park district offers free shuttle bus that will take you to the beach , very convenient
(June 23, 2018, 4:30 am)Very nice beach. It's incredibly clean and well kept. The staff is very friendly. There's a fun playground for kids. The shoreline is a bit rocky, but not too bad. The lake is obviously very cold, but it's very refreshing on a hot day. You only pay to park, but you can drop people off and then park at the Ravinia train station for free, which is about a mile away. Then everything is free.
(May 4, 2018, 1:52 am)This beach is awesome ( to say the least), this beach has parking facility, 2 swimming coves, changing rooms, bathrooms, boardwalk and nice stairs leading down to the beach itself.
What I like about this beach is its SUPER MAGNIFICENT view and great composition for photography.
Please do visit this place you will not regret!
