The free shipping is a huge plus. I messaged them multiple times asking questions and all were answered promptly. It arrived in great shape with just a fantastic setup. Action is perfect and the fretboard nicely conditioned. Would highly recommend over purchasing from Amazon. The setup is worth more than anything you might save from another store.
