I needed some 8 string baritone Elixirs which have been discontinued for the foreseeable future due to lack of material. They had several sets on hand which I was able to purchase immediately and were shipped to me with lightning quick speed from Chicago to WA. Customer service is fantastic as I needed to speak to them a few times to order several packs of these strings. Their call back time is fast and the staff beyond courteous. These guys are helpful in every way possible. I will definitely be back!
