  I had a radiator on my 2013 Freightliner Cascadia replaced in Racine, Wisconsin and by the time I got to Wadsworth, was leaking coolant really bad. The T/A didn't have time to check it, so my maintenance department called JX. Though they are a Peterbilt dealer and shop, they got me in right away, found that the tech in Racine hadn't put the hose from the radiator to the engine back on properly, and fixed it for me quickly. Ben was the tech here that was fast and efficient, and got me rolling again. The lady at the service desk couldn't have been nicer. I wish all truck shops were like this.

  I brought in our 1997 Peterbilt 379 for electrical issues. They took the truck in immediately, and within 2 hrs they had diagnosed one of the major problems. They got the parts and continued to find several more issues in the electrical system. By 11 am the next morning, my truck was finished and all the issues were resolved. They fixed 21 yrs of hack job repairs done by other shops and found a solenoid that was overheating, which would have led to a serious fire.
  Andrew, Joy and the rest of the crew were awesome to deal with and have great conversations with. I will not hesitate to bring my pride and joy to them again. Thank you JX Peterbilt in Wadsworth, IL.

  I am a company driver, have 2018 Pete. Had an electrical problem , pulled into JX . Apart from being greeted with smiles ,my truck was written up and put into the shop. Andrew and Joy took very good care of me and made sure I had everything I needed. It took two days but after going through miles of wire the tech found the burnt shorted wires and was able make a permanent solution. Thank you guys and a big shout out to Joy and Andrew.
