  We bought our M5 from Matt; he was very helpful and knowledgeable about the M line. He guided us through the process and gave us updates on the car's arrival. We were able to buy it with no hiccups.

  "We are a BMW family now," were my wife's words when Julio and the team made two round trips into the city to pick up and drop off our new X3 for a quick repair.   From beginning to end, we had a great experience acquiring our first BMW. The entire transaction was professional and they made everything simple. We really felt like Knauz staff had our best interest in mind when assisting us through the process. I suspect many have had not so great experiences in car shopping. Don't think twice about walking into this dealership. I now know why they have been in Lake Bluff for 85 years. Thank you Ray, Sam & Doug!

  We ordered a 2019 540i xDrive from Leo/Matt at the end of November. Taking the time to help us make an informed decision regarding the details of the car after some indecision on our part, he was very kind and professional. The test drive was really fun! We can't wait to take delivery.

  I just purchased my third BMW--my second through Knauz--and was reminded why I switched from another North Shore BMW dealership that shall remain nameless. Knauz is far and above a more professional experience. I worked with Leo this time and found him to be friendly and accommodating. What mattered to me most though and is the reason I am writing this review--he is HONEST, ethical, and fair. Unfortunately, those aren't necessarily traits that a customer experiences from the person selling you a car, but I'm grateful to have worked with Leo. And a special thanks as well to Spencer (Genius dept) and Scott (Finance)--you were both also extremely helpful and wonderful! Another happy customer experience at Knauz & I intend to return to them in the future :)
