(April 28, 2023, 8:38 am)I recommend Dr. Ahn since she explains every process very well. For me I had braces to straighten up my teeth in rows, and then got retainers after getting my braces taken off. Anyway if you need help with your teeth go meet Dr. Ahn.

🗓️ *Location & Wait Times* 🗓️
Dr. Ahn's orthodontic office is situated in the heart of Lincolnshire and is less than five minutes away from Stevenson High School. It is undeniably the most time-efficient dental practice I have ever visited. During my numerous visits here, I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be seen and always felt that my time was respected, which already sets this place above most other medical offices in the area. On top of that, her office staff (Euna, Lucy, and others) were very friendly and always willing to elaborate on any questions I had during the treatment process.
☀️ *Professional, Friendly, and Honest* ☀️
Transparently, as a young professional, I've always been a bit skeptical of orthodontist consultations – especially when it came to getting braces. However, when I met Dr. Ahn, I felt relieved to get direct and genuine answers to my questions and concerns. Dr. Ahn was happy to explain to me the benefits and tradeoffs of different options for my teeth and clearly outlined why she thought the option she recommended was the best option. Additionally, Dr. Ahn was very upfront and honest about the (very competitive) cost of the treatment and even carefully outlined their generous payment plan option.
⏰ *Scheduling Flexibility & Timing Accommodations* ⏰
During my treatment, I had moved to the west coast and was not able to continue coming to the monthly brace check-ups. Dr. Ahn and her team were extremely accommodating of the few days a year I was able to stop by her office and were able to schedule me in within 1-2 week notice. Also, on top of that, Dr. Ahn was able to expedite my retainer waiting time from the usual week after getting braces taken off to just 24 hours to make sure I got them before my flight back home the following day – something that I am still very grateful for.
🦷 *Final Thoughts* 🦷
Working with Dr. Ahn and her team has been a wonderful experience. I felt very comfortable throughout the process and continue to be thankful for being in the trusted care of these amazing people. With all that being said, I highly recommend Dr. Ahn's services to anyone looking for any kind of orthodontic treatment– whether you're a student, parent, or professional. You won't be disappointed!
(March 26, 2023, 1:44 pm)I have had five different consultations with five different orthodontists in the Chicagoland area, and even Champaign, IL in the past 4 years. The estimated treatment costs from all five didn't sit right with me, so I never went forward with them. I was reaching my 30's, and in last efforts to find a good orthodontist, I browsed online and found Ahn Orthodontics. I went in for a consultation, and had enough experience with the prior 5 to know that Dr. Ahn was fair in her analysis of my teeth, and wanted to work with my budget. The culture and environment of her office was also so pleasant and friendly, and it took a day for me to decide that I'd like to be treated for braces. I drove near an hour to Dr. Ahn's once a month for my braces treatment, and I couldn't be happier with the patient experience and results. My teeth reacted well and moved fast to braces, so I finished my treatment in a year :) I'm super happy about my teeth, but sad that I won't be seeing the ladies at the office as frequently (Dr. Ahn, Euna, and staff). The staff here are professional, efficient, super friendly, and always happy!
If you're considering braces, you should definitely stop by for a consultation at least! Good luck.

(May 23, 2022, 5:31 pm)I currently go to Ahn Orthodontics and the staff is very helpful and kind. I had braces for around 2 years and the staff did a great job helping my teeth straighten. I have no complaints, and it is always enjoyable to visit and talk to everyone there. It was a great choice to go here, 5/5.
