(November 9, 2018, 10:41 am)Super excited that they FINALLY opened a Starbucks in this area! Right off of 83 in Long Grove. Easy access in and out. Much nicer than driving down Aptakisic to the one in Buffalo Grove! Great service, I love the people in the drive thru! I had, at one point, only gone thru the drive thru a couple of times and Rebecca already knew my drink! Shout out to Rebecca! BUT I can’t forget the others in the drive thru who get my Venti iced 2/3 decaf Americano, light water, xtra ice, xtra cream laundry list of a drink! Lisa, Adrian and Ryan y’all are awesome! Adrian, I think there might be room for one more adjustment to my drink.... lol ???? All in all, love that this place opened up and that they have an awesome staff!

(July 29, 2018, 4:03 pm)Fast and friendly service. Clean store with numerous outlets around seating area for convenience. Cold brew was very bitter and had the stereotypical dark/burnt flavor. Tables could've used a wipe down. Plenty of parking and easy to find from moving car.

There was an odd glitch in the app, but they made sure that everything was taken care Slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. Literally waited in the drive thru for over 15 minutes. I spend $300 on Starbucks a month.
