Thank you, Thrive for taking such wonderful care of my residents both short and long-term. I have greatly appreciated our partnership and your dedication to providing excellent care and support to the families we have referred. The communication between our communities is, by far, the most impressive. From the moment our residents are admitted, we are kept abreast of their progress and needs. Those who have needed more support have been welcomed home at Thrive and families have been very happy with both the transition and care their loved ones receive. This is a true partnership! I can't say enough about the personalized care, compassion and concern given to my mom and our family as we have made the transition of moving her to long term care at Thrive. From the first phone call with Heidi, to the ongoing care plan calls with Tiffany and the incredible nursing, rehab and social services team, the communication and care shown has been and continues to be exceptional. I'm so thankful to have found a community where my mom will THRIVE, and that we found a community for her with up to the minute therapeutic practices, a high level of professionalism and a world of love and care. My father had hip surgery & originally chose a different facility for recovery, but after he got a bed sore & there ware other obvious signs of neglect & mistreatment, I had him transferred to Thrive. It is worlds better & finally I can see recovery happening. Things I appreciate: (1) staff reached out regularly to discuss progress, (2) there is a team effort to push my father in recovery, yet know where his limits are, (3) it is new, clean & comfortable, (4) and this is most important - they actually care about him & seeing that he recovers.

My brother moved to Thrive Lake County 3 months ago. To be honest we had a rough transition the first month as I was not receiving timely information. Once I addressed this issue with administration there was an immediate correction. I now feel the staff and administration are very communicative, responsive and caring. Thank you to all the hero’s that work at Thrive- my family feels blessed by your competent care.
