I am so pleased we found this service! Our a/c stopped working in a hot Charleston summer and they were fast to respond. The technician was on time which is a rarity these days! Besides that, our technician Zachery, is fantastic. He is personable, and helpful. We didn’t feel at all as if we were being over quoted. It felt genuine and as if he was trying to do the best for us. I highly recommend him as he was very professional. We would certainly use him again and will request him in our future jobs. I highly recommend the company!

Replaced failed conventional gas water heater with new one. Next day service. Moved unit to a different location, with disaster pan and expansion tank. Lots of copper water pipe work, duct work, and some gas line work. Expensive, but worth it. Dan did a clean job. It ended up looking much better than I had anticipated.

I’m impressed with Maverick’s expertise and his attention to details. I have never seen such good plumbing service with great skills and knowledge. The water main assembly that he built for my house is an art piece. After years long of leaks with improper pressure that others have not been able to fix, Maverick got it done with great craftsmanship. This is my second time requesting Maverick’s service, he again saved the day!

Everett was our upkeep guy. He was kind and explained to us and even helped clean up his mess. Some people don’t do that and just leave the mess they made behind. He always asked us for permission to do something before doing it, which is nice. We’ve just moved back from Washington and have experienced situations before where the maintenance personnel would just come and introduce themselves then get to working without ever saying a word to us then just leave! Love the new water heater and we’re just glad to have hot water again as we have little children in our household.

excellent serviceman. Although he did clear the current issue. It was recommended that further project would be required. He informed me of the cost of the services. And could not guarantee the problem would not come back. His explaination was clear and at the time i can afford the further services needed. He did offer a payment plan. To which at concurrent moment I am considering.
