(November 17, 2016, 4:23 pm)Working with Mark for bridal boot camp and he's the most motivating trainer I have ever worked with! Coming off an injury, mark has helped me get stronger and build more strength and get in the best shape for my upcoming wedding!
(September 13, 2016, 10:19 pm)I've worked with Mark every week for the last few months and loved it! He was always very cautious of certain moves if they caused back pain or not on me and was aware of what did hurt. I learn a lot as far as workouts go, trying different things, and what I can change in my own personal routines to get results. He also helped me tweak my already relatively healthy diet to take out certain things and add others to get faster results. I cant wait to go back after the semester is over!
