Hatch Dispensary - Wheeling

Great place with wonderful helpful people.
They helped me get everything I needed and were very helpful and knowledgeable when I had questions.
I visited the dispensary 4 times and every time was greeted with a smile and a helpful attitude.
Today I made a final purchase before leaving Illinois and was helped by Jiyja who was, like everyone working there, nice and very helpful.
The dispensary is very clean and with well organized display cases.
They accept cash only but have a handy ATM in the store.
Definitely made my visit to this part of Illinois a treat.
Highly recommended!!

i might have to self-gift this to me for secular xmas. I guess his name was Michael... he seems to be a prosumer caught up in the americannabis wave. talking/sharing was easy bc he was casual, confident, and calm. the speedy gonzalez type doesn't really satisfy me as a shopper in need of assistance. neither does the daffy duck type. cool and ideal is how i'd summarize my visit

Mark was awesome, very friendly, patient, personable and knowledgeable. I came in with my wife and she was new at the whole thing and he was very patient and explained the whole aeropay thing. I usually go to Sunnyside but will have to start coming to Hatch a lot more often. Mark made the experience enjoyable and not just transactional.

First time at Hatch today. First, the store is gorgeous and smelled good af. Second, the gal that helped me, Nikki, was super nice and helpful. Lastly, I got a great deal. I will definitely be back. Thanks Hatch, we're glad to have you!

Always a pleasant experience. Today was no different. Patrick and Sean did a phenomenal job helping me out as I prepare for lumbar fusion surgery in a couple days. Definitely had to stock up on some "medicine" for recovery. They knew what I was looking for, were knowledgeable about my regular favorites, and helped with awesome attitudes. Thank you Hatch...for EVERYTHING! :)
