“I will be eternally grateful that my mother was referred to Steve Antman while researching Medicare choices prior to her retirement. I made the initial call to Steve, who stepped out of a significant family function to take my telephone call. He very courteously welcomed my call, took my information, and offered a call back. My first impression was wholly positive, and all of our experiences thereafter reinforced that first impression! Steve is incredible about answering or returning calls at various times. If my mother sounds anxious, he calls back asap. If there's an unusual question or request, Steve will find the resources/answers within a timely manner as if my mother was his only priority in the world. He came to our home to meet with my mother for the first time, and he showed the utmost respect towards all of us! Our pets, the people, and the home, which is lovely. He took a couple of hours (!) with my mother to provide his services, even though the time was punctuated with her recollections and storytelling. He called to follow up at every turn, and he looked into any concern that she had about the process, the system, her options, and the advice she'd received. *He took her concerns seriously!* Most of all, my mother isn't much of a fan of strangers, but she took to Mr. Antman immediately after that meeting, and she no longer asks me to call - she's comfortable enough to call on her own. As a professional that regularly provides referrals to clients and to the public, Steve will now become my go-to for insurance needs - especially for people that represent vulnerable populations. If I can trust him without reservation with my own mother (who is nearly 70, on her own, speaks with an accent, and occasionally forgets things,) I can feel absolutely confident in publicly posting that Steve Antman should be your first call.
