Another repair company initially attempted to make the repair, but on both occasions, their effort were unsuccessful, although the repairman tried hard. The home warranty service then sent Leon from another company, owner of Advanced Appliance, and he was able to quickly diagnose the core problem (which required additional parts) and he graciously came back a second time, as soon as the needed parts were received, and made the repair successfully.
