“As a driver of automotive vehicles for over 20 years, I have had the privilege to visit countless gas stations all over the United States. My visit at BP on Hunt Club in Gurnee, IL was truly a memorable experience. I entered BP traveling south on Hunt Club. The right turn into the gas station was without incident as the transition from the road to the station was at an appropriate incline. I passed several pumps and settled for one on the western section of the station. Upon exiting the vehicle, I noticed the loud construction noise as result of the work being done on Washington. Initially, I was worried this would negatively impact my pumping experience; however, BP had a wonderfully landscaped station with shrubs separating the area of the construction on Washington. This provided a safe barrier so the pumps can perform their duty. I decided to pay with my credit card so I can get my 2% cash back reward. The credit card transaction was smooth. I selected the proper grade of fuel and began fueling my vehicle. The process took no longer than a few minutes and I was ready to go. I placed the nozzle back on the holder and entered my vehicle. Due to my previous planning of selecting an appropriate pump, I was able to exit forward for an easy left turn onto Washington.”
