(January 1, 2019, 7:04 pm)So, today I woke up and found my car had been stolen. So, I took my other car to a quick shoppping trip to forget. On my way home I decided to get coffee. This guy named Jon who worked at Starbucks made my day! His enthusiasm and amazing customer service just some how made me look at everything more positively! Who knew what a nice sweet voice and attitude could change my entire day. Ty!!!
(December 23, 2018, 8:37 pm)During my last visit, I was waiting in the drive thru for a couple of mins because their machine was having issues. After fixing it, they gave my drinks on the house. Great customer service is hard to find nowadays. I appreciate that.
