(February 21, 2021, 7:28 pm)I initially called and no one picked up. They called me back and it was the manager/technician. He politely answered all my questions and was extremely helpful. My arm broke on my glasses and he was able to put my lenses in a pair of frames he had in stock. It was a near perfect fit and you couldn't tell that they did not go together. I was very satisfied with the service I was given and I will be back if I ever break my glasses again.
(January 16, 2019, 5:10 pm)When my prescription glasses broke, Optical Extravaganza set me up with a new frame in 10 minutes. It was late in the evening, but they stayed late so I would have glasses. Great service.
