Kramer's is not a chain store-- most of the folks who work there are Kramers. You will not be dealing with some slick kid salesman who could just as well be selling rugs, appliances, cars, or furniture. You will be talking to a Kramer who will be honest and straight, and give you a fair price. They stand behind what they sell, which is not always true in the RV industry. They are good people, sometimes hard to get in touch with, but good people who will treat you fair.”
