“I recently started at Prairie Sunshine (with a 3-month unlimited package), and everyone I've met there is great, from the instructors to the other patrons! The pricing is really reasonable, especially when you consider the small class sizes and personalized attention you get during each class. The schedule is awesome (for me anyways!), with a variety of classes throughout the week starting at 7:30 or 7:45. This leaves enough time to get home from work, eat dinner then head to class to get a nice workout in and also wind down from the day. I highly recommend checking out Prairie Sunshine if you're in the market for a yoga studio :-) ”

“Larry Lentz, Coach Tony, and Coach Q are some of the best trainers out there, they will make you work hard. The workouts are always switched up, infusing cardio, muscle building, and calisthenics. Through Larrys help, my cardio stamina more than doubled, and Coach Tony helped me improve on my form and style of boxing. Coach Q is an excelent motivator, while putting you to work your ass off he keeps you going. Some of the workouts i did were competitve, which is good for me, i lost 10 pounds in the time I was there. I will definetly be returning soon.”

Plenty of treadmills as well as ellipticals. Kept really clean. And is rarely ever full. “I have been going here multiple times a week since aug and really like it but I wish they had more variety with their classes and overall offered more classes each day. Sometimes all the classes feel like a hot power flow regardless of it's description on their website. I miss going to hatha, yin and restorative classes! Also I would love if they got more blocks and also bolsters. Props really enhance the practice and make yoga poses more accessible to everyone :)”
