“I was able to get in and get an MRI on the same day I called because of a cancellation. Then they got me an appointment two days later to see the doc who read the MRI. They scheduled me for the spinal injection the next morning. For someone who was in intense pain I was pleasantly surprised to be taken care of this fast. Thank you! Update - Dr. Lanoff is the coolest MD I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. He's not a total stiff or douchebag like a lot of the MDs out there today. He explains the facts, gives his opinion, takes you through the procedure, and executes the epidural. He treats you like a person who is in pain, not just a number or a payment from the health insurance company. I'd recommend him to anyone who was in as much pain as I was. And a severely broken clavicle which was surgically repaired from a ski accident. She gets my desire to continue my active life style despite these short set backs. She works WITH you to rehab based on a personal program. You get a full hour of undivided physical therapy and attention. Unlike the other chains that send off on your own to do exercises and tell you to report to an intern or assistant physical therapist. I would not go to anyone else!!!”

“Giving a 5 star review after my first visit. I have an irrational fear of doctors which has made me not keep up on my health as well as I should. I was nervous about Dr. Kanter because of this fear and just because it was my first visit seeing him. Everyone at this office is so nice. My first point of contact was with the front desk woman and she was very nice. She had me fill out a few forms real quick. Next was my nurse and she made me comfortable and she was so sweet and we talked about our kids and babies and she just put my fears at ease and made me less nervous. Last, I met Dr. Kanter and let me just say that he is the nicest doctor I've ever encountered. He got me back on the correct anti-seizure medicine right away and we talked for quite a while about my medical history and about what's currently happening. He genuinely cares and that is hard to find, at least it has been for me. I had no anxiety or fear by the end of our conversation. I'm just so happy to have finally found a great primary care doctor. I definitely recommend him and his entire staff, they are great!”

“The entire staff is very friendly and professional and the woman at the front desk knows my name by sight since my second visit, a very subtle and welcoming gesture that makes me almost feel like a VIP. Dr. Nasser is clearly very busy and the visits go by very quickly, but he always takes the time to answer any questions (as does the rest of the staff) and I have never felt rushed in any way. The single issue I have had (and only had once) was waiting over half an hour in the waiting area watching Bob Ross for an appointment for which I was on time. This was an aberration as most other visits I hadn't even had time to check my email before being called. However, this is a significant pet peeve of mine and felt it should be mentioned. Overall and otherwise though, I'm not sure how I could be more pleased with my experience there, would highly recommend!”
