“Hands down, the best podiatrist you will ever find! I sound like a broken record, but he is thorough, he listens to you, if you're his last patient, he's not rushing you or running out the door, he will take his time, at my appointment I told him, the last time I had to cancel because my Uber was running late and he said I would have still taken you because they're still doing their papers, all their work afterwards, there are people cleaning up, anyways, the bannockburn location, the staff everything is so above and beyond, it is a great experience every time!!! Dr Borelli is a Dying Breed, he really, really cares about the patient before him and he listens, I admit it, sometimes I could be a handful and be repetitive and ask the same questions over and over and he is just so great, he really does listen, what a breath of fresh air, today he took care of a toenail that had been taken care of by two podiatrists before, but today he really took care of it! I'm not kidding if I moved out of the state, I would travel to see this guy!!! I have a long list of health problems and I've been to so many different kinds of doctors, like I said he is a Dying Breed and really cares about the patient before him and his work, the job he does, there are no words, he's the BEST!!!!!!”

“Dr. Radovan is an amazing surgeon! Unlike many doctors/surgeons these days, Dr. Radovan has excellent bedside manner. He will make conversation with you to make you feel comfortable before the surgery helping with any anxiety. I had 4 wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Radovan. I have had no pain or swelling. This is atypical as everyone I know has pain and swelling!! Only thing I can say is that Dr. Radovan did an excellent job!”

“When my mom had to leave her prior medical rehab facility with very short notice on May 1st, we moved her to Avantara Libertyville. We were welcomed to the facility by Cecilia Estrada in admissions (who is super nice) and she ensured my mom got settled and her information was processed quickly. This is a larger facility and the resident rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The selection of TV channels was better than at my mom's prior rehab as well (which is very important to my mom as well as the other residents there). While my mom unfortunately had to switch rooms after her first week there, Heather Armon, Director of Nursing, personally ensured the room transfer went very smoothly and made sure my mom was comfortable during the move. My mom was mainly at Avantara for wound care, as we have been working to close a sizeable wound for several months, and Marina the wound nurse took great care of her. When we were ready to transition my mom home, Kim Bonhomme, the social worker, ensured everything we needed was ordered and delivered to my parents' house in advance of mom's move home. Liz in wound care even provided my mom's new fulltime home care givers and my dad with general education on her wound. Finally, after we got mom home, we had a few questions about her care and that arose and the team at Avantara met with us again to ensure that we had all questions answered, and knew how to take good care of mom. We very much appreciate the personal attention we got at Avantara and if the need arises again, we would not hesitate to use them again!”

“My whole family, (mom, dad, brother) has been going to Dr. Chevere's office for about 4 years. We had all been to another chiropractor before but we found Dr. Chevere's approach to chiropractic is much more natural and holistic. I started going because of severe neck and shoulder pain and headaches from stress and prolonged sitting while studying. I noticed a big difference after a few months of regular treatment. I also get acupuncture and auricular therapy. My mom had low back pain and severe hip arthritis pain. She has made amazing progress since she began seeing Dr. Chevere too. He and his colleague, Dr. Yuka really stress natural/organic relaxation and well-being techniques and promote a healthy lifestyle and choices. He helped me see that self-care is important and that his treatments go hand in hand with my personal lifestyle choices as well. He is also willing to listen to his patients if they think they need further treatment or a change or if they feel something is not working for them. For example, there is one vibrating massage machine that I personally do not like, so I told him and he found an alternative. Dr. Chevere takes the time to interact with all his patients as much as possible and tries to make sure to make us laugh and smile at every visit. His assistant, Sandra, is also very welcoming, sweet, and helpful!”

“Soooo much easier than calling Walgreens or Walmart. I just called so easy to find the Jewel Osco pharmacy near my home on Google. The Osco had pharmacy had already closed but still answered my call. I thought why call sense hours posted padt time closed. The staff pharmacy answered and told me immediate where item OTC i needed plus he told me that the Jewel evening time now open later so I could get dinner and other family evening for night I could still pick up my item all way til midnight. The staff member was so friendly and super nice. What impressed me was when I previously called in past of 2 stores I mentioned above usually make me feel to wind up so frustrated but with the Osco guy tonight gave me like a smile and calm.
