“I was looking for a quality company I could use in fall and spring to remove and re-install my trailer hitch on my new Camry. I found a great technician in Arnold Clark, GM of U-Haul Moving of Chain O'Lakes, located in Antioch, Illinois. I called ahead to discuss if he was familiar with my hitch and he assured me he has had experience with this hitch and my car, so I set up an appointment. I showed up on the scheduled time and he was ready to go! His tools were ready and he did not waste any time. I walked across the street for lunch and was so surprised when he called me a short time later letting me know the hitch was removed. The price was fair and I will certainly use Arnold next spring to re-install the hitch. In addition to his skills, the shop is clean and neat. I highly recommend this U-Haul location and Arnold Scott, General Manager.”

“David Nguyen, partner and principal mechanic, is my personal hero. He takes great care of my family's car repair needs, promptly and with smiles and hugs. He is HONEST, fast, and as hardworking as the day is long. I'm not sure I even want to recommend him, I want to keep him all to myself. His prices are 20-50% less than everywhere else, and I TRUST him. He's reviewed every used car purchase we've made in the last two years, and no lemons yet! He even hustled on a Sunday to fix our condenser when the A/C went out on our 10 year old Suburban before a long road trip. In short, we love him. If you're mean, just don't go there. If you're kind, and need a great repair fast and cheap, bring him food. He loves that. He does repairs major and minor. He only has two bays, so call ahead and schedule if you can. That's fair, right? One look at him, one hearing of his accented english, you'll know what I mean. He's family to us now.”
