They teach nutrition, hydration, food intake, timing of eating, portion control, good food vs not so good food; & tailor exercises to help me achieve my personal goals and support me with a mentally positive attitude. The class times & location are very good too. I’ve stepped up to semi private classes from the group classes to achieve my goals sooner (since summer is almost here!) I highly recommend GCP as it’s been a great experience and best of all everyone is friendly and has a positive attitude no matter what your experience level is or what you are personally trying to achieve!
