(July 15, 2019, 3:42 pm)We had a fantastic experience at Ink Beetle Tattoo last week! Medo was very helpful right from the start. We are all from out of town but wanted to get similar tattoos on our annual Mother-Daughter trip. Prior to our trip, I reached out to tattoo shops in the area and asked several questions about the process, the shop, and the tattoo artist. Medo was by far the most helpful. He took the time to adequately answer all of my questions. He also communicated with me about our design ideas and I felt comfortable going into his shop with my family. They were all first-timers and my only experience was getting a small tattoo 25 years ago.
Medo took time to hear our design ideas and came up with something better than we'd imagined. We all wanted something slightly different from each other and he was more than accommodating. When it came time for the tattoo, Medo explained what he was doing which put us at ease. He was great with my mom and aunt, both in their mid-70's, doing only a small section first so they could feel what it was going to be like before going all out with the needle.
Ink Beetle Tattoo is a very clean shop. Medo uses disposable supplies and opened everything right there in front of us. He took extra precautions which was reassuring as well.
We are all very pleased with our tattoos. Medo made the experience so much fun and we really enjoyed ourselves.
