Institute for Personal Development (IPD)

First time used. Easy experience. All crew members were super nice. Note for EV owner : I do not think it is clear on their website :
- You MUST buy a regular Valet parking (I took the covered option, not clear which one you need to pick) *IF* you want it charged
- $5 extra for the charge (To pay by Credit card ONLY and to pay when you come back) Would be nice to be added on the final ticket price (Note for the owner)
- I arrived at 3:00 am for my departure so no Valet but the lady guard took good notes of the instructions. So even without Valet let them know you want your vehicle to be charged.
- My car was charged when I came back

The staff were so kind and helpful. Parking at the Atlanta airport can be incredibly stressful, especially on a holiday weekend with many of the airport lots completely full. I reserved a space the night before my morning flight, so I was relieved to know that I had a space available before making the drive down. Park n’ Fly is by far the best parking solution. Pick up and drop off were a breeze and much quicker than trying to search for a spot closer to the airport.

Park N Fly was so easy and affordable. The proximity to the airport is great which means that you should have plenty of time to spare to get to your destination. Upon booking, you receive instructions sent to your email which were incredibly easy to follow. I used self-park, so at the gate I simply scanned the QR code (on my phone from my email app) and was let in, picked a convenient spot and waited under a minute for a shuttle driver to come pick me up at my spot. Additionally, the shuttle drivers were incredibly kind and attentive. Upon returning to the parking lot, it was just as easy to find the shuttle (they were exactly where they said they would be in the Atlanta Airport) and it was easy to find. The rates are some of the best I have seen. I will definitely be using this service again.

I hadn’t flown in about 15 yrs and was nervous to fly. Every employee I came into contact with were so kind and helpful and had such a great attitude. It really helped put me at ease. I caught a shuttle within seconds of parking, and the gentleman was so nice and helpful. He asked if I was a new customer, and explained to me what to do upon returning. When I walked out of the airport upon return, there was actually shuttle waiting. That gentleman was so upbeat and positive. I had a great experience with Park N’ Fly.

It has been years since I've been there, but when I did go, theven psychologists and psychiatrists were all very helful, caring and understanding. During the years I was there, they helped more than I could have asked for and got me through everything that was going on. I would highly recommend them.
